Becoming a sister of Sigma Alpha Iota was more than just an initiation—it was the start of a lifelong bond with an incredible group of musicians who inspire, support, and occasionally enable my sheet music hoarding habits. Sure, the ceremony itself is top secret (and no, I won’t spill the details no matter how much coffee you bribe me with), but what I can say is that it marked the beginning of a sisterhood filled with harmonies, late-night practice sessions, and friendships that will last long after the final encore. Music brought us together, but our unbreakable connection as SAI sisters makes this journey memorable.
